Why subscribe?
The Heart Room is my meditation space. My service to a community. Light minded human beings who feel that the quality of their mind determines the quality of their life. A place to explore our inner heartmind, a place of self inquiry, self-knowledge , wisdom and fun play. Training the mind is very much like taking care of a garden. If this means something to you, join me for sessions and welcome to the Heart Room.
The first month are short sessions to help building up a regular practice in case you don’t have one yet. After the first month sessions will be added weekly.
Longer sessions of Mindfulness to build up on the training of the first month.
In September I will postYoga Nidra sessions.

In the Light Shadow and Ink Series I sketch my thoughts on my life’s journey. My memoir starts in Africa where I lived until I was 11; all the way through the ups and downs, loss and trauma and the study and learning I have done. There is a fine line between either becoming a heroine addict or a meditator. I am forever grateful to have landed on the latter.
